Scrappers

‘P-TPU’ Primary Scraper in Tungsten

Long operationg times due to the high resistance to the abrasión

The scraper blades are designed to work on a tangential plane to the drum.
The blades are in tungsten with a high degree of resistance to the abrasion and are assembled to a polyurethane body by means of two screws, which does that their substitution would be fast and simple.

The supports of the blades consists of two supports, one of rubber an other of polyurethane. The set of two supports exerts a elastic and constant pressure of the scraper blades on the belt.

The supports are specially designed to give flexibility to the blades and absorb any vibration or impact that could be produced.

The set of the support (rubber and polyurethane) It assembles by segments of 124 mm. and made the role of double element of pressure with a soft touch on the belt.

The support of the scraper
The structure of the scraper is a robust piece designed in angle shape and which has a sliding guide to facilitate the positioning of the scraper.

The supports are extensible to can adapt to the structure.

ADVANTAGES

  • Reduce the production cost.
  • Efficient cleaning due to the adaptability of the blades.
  • Long operationg times due to the high resistance to the abrasión.
  • Adequate pressure guaranteed in all the belt width due to the design of the rubber supports and polyurethane blades.
  • Double absortion of the vibrations and impacts due to the rubber supports and polyurethane blades.
  • Easy installation.
  • Minimum maintenance.
  • Require small installation space.
  • It adapts to the structure dues to the extensible support design.
  • Easy positioning due to the slide of the support.
  • Easy adjustment.
